Bost Freres – Narrow Lasting Pliers

Vintage narrow nosed lasting pliers made by French tool manufacturers Bost Freres, stamped with the cat logo. (Manufacturing from 1890s – 1960s)

Fully restored and ready to use. They show the signs of use expected in a vintage tool but they are in very good condition

Stamped “CDM” in capital letters around a 5-pointed star

These are a very nice pair of narrow lasting pliers for lasting those tight curves at the toes and the heels. They have black painted handles. The teeth are sharp and in very good condition. There is no play in the hinge which is, if anything, a little still – nothing that a little oil won’t fix

They measure 20cm and weigh 295g.

Very useful tool for any shoemaker, made by a highly respected manufacturer, highly recommended.
