Returns & Exchanges Exemptions – If the boots you receive do not fit they can be returned to us unused and in a re-sellable condition within 14 days. Please notify us as soon as possible if you intend to return the boots by email to cd@carreducker.com. Send to Carreducker London Limited, Unit 1.20, The Courtyard, Oxo Tower Wharf, Bargehouse Street, London SE1 9PH by a tracked & signed for service e.g. Royal Mail or Parcelforce. We will either send you a different size or issue a refund for the value of your order.
